Stress Management

Stress is the major problem and is the link with many of the serious health condition. Due to so much of work pressure and deadline to meet your mind start over reacting which ultimately cause stress. 

Stress is actually the inability to cope with a real or imagined threat to your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being which results in a series of physiological responses and adaptations. Due to over stress people start developing Headache, Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart disorders and many more diseases. 

Slowly stress will eat you, sometimes over stressing cause some neurological disorders also. So it is better to avoid it or if you are already stressed you should have proper treatment for it.

Choose healthy foods and lifestyle. Eat at least one fruit in a day with some almonds. Develop a habit of regular exercise or yoga or meditation it will help a lot.
